Shipping 
A $20 delivery fee applies for all orders unless your order is $150 or more—then shipping is free worldwide. 
All orders are sent using signed, trackable services via DHL. If there is no-one at the address to sign for the delivery either redelivery will be attempted by the courier or a card will be left with details on how to rearrange delivery or where your package is being held for collection. Each item is made custom for you, therefore tailoring and delivery will take up to 4 weeks. NB: You are liable to pay any local import duty & taxes.
Returns

• You are responsible for covering return shipping costs for unwanted items. Lookslike Avido will only cover return expenses if you received a faulty or incorrect item.

• You may return any item for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of delivery. This includes Custom Bomber Jackets only when standard measurements have been used. Fully custom-made products are non-returnable unless the item is faulty.

• All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

• We strongly advise all customers to carefully inspect garments upon delivery before removing any tags.

• Lookslike Avido does not accept returns for non-faulty items that have been worn or had their tags removed. If your order arrives with missing tags and you intend to return it, please contact us by email as soon as possible.

• Always wash printed fabrics separately from other materials.
• Hand wash in cold or lukewarm water using mild bar soap. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents.
• If machine washing, turn the garment inside out. Use a gentle wash cycle and avoid the spin cycle.
• Do not leave the fabric to dry in direct sunlight for extended periods.
• Iron inside out on low heat to preserve the colors and fabric quality.
